F2F Multi Dal (Adai) Batter Recipes

Farmz2Familiez Multi-Dal batter makes lunch box delicious.Multi-Dal batter contains Raw rice,Mung Dal,Channa Dal,Tur Dal etc which are rich in Fiber and Protein.Also rich in Minerals and Vitamins. Mutta Dosai is a popular street food from South India.The dish is easy to make and makes a filling and delicious lunch or brunch.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • F2F Multi Dal Batter 1 cup
  • Egg 4
  • Pepper Powder
  • Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder
How to cook?
  1. Heat a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium.Pour a ladle of Multi Dal dosa batter on the skillet and spread it in a circular motion. In a bowl, break an egg, add salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder.Beat it well with a spoon.
  2. After a few seconds, pour the egg mixture on the dosa and spread it all over the dosa with a spoon. Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa. When the corners start lifting up, flip it over to the other side and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Once the egg is cooked, remove the dosa from the skillet. Enjoy piping hot Mutta dosai with Spicy Tomato chutney.

You can also add chopped green chilli to make it more spicy.
