Healthy bhi, tasty bhi – is just the right description for this mouthwatering twist to an uttapam. I made a thick uttapam, spread some pizza sauce, added the veggies of my son’s choice and generously sprinkled it with cheese. Close the snackbox soon after this and the cheese melts with the steam of the food. While it was so tasty, I was doubly happy because it was guilt free healthy batter base. The right foundation for children ensures an overall healthy life in adulthood. And the multi grain dosa batter from Farm2Familiez ensures just that. Enjoy this dosa pizza with ur little ones

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Multigrain dosa batter from Farm2Familiez
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped capsicums
  • Grated carrot
  • Grated cheese
  • Herbs of your choice. I used chaat masal for a desi flavour
How to cook?
  1. Make a plan thick uttapam with the dosa batter
  2. Remove from flame and spread pizza sauce
  3. Add all veggies of your choice
  4. Some salt and seasoning
  5. Garnish with a generous quantity of cheese
