Ghee Roast Onion Dosa is a popular south-Indian delicacy. you can make a healthier version of it using F2F Multigrain batter .The batter is fresh and tastes so much better than regular dosa batter. The addition of millet make it more nutritious. Ghee Roast Onion Dosa is a perfect for your lunch box or even for a Sunday brunch. Dosa is such a dish which can be relished at any time of a day. Ghee Roast Dosas are spot on.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • F2F Multigrain batter 1 cup
  • Onion Chopped 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green Chili
  • salt
  • Clarified butter
How to cook?
  1. In a bowl take one cup of Multigrain batter and add salt per taste.Mix it well and add little water to get the right consistency for Dosa.
  2. Heat a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium.Lightly grease skillet with oil. Add a scoop of batter by into skillet. spread it in a circular way to make it as thin as possible.
  3. Let it cook for a minute. Sprinkle 1 tsp clarified butter on top. Add chopped onion ,coriander leaves ,chopped green chilis. Cook for a minute until the dosa looks light brown.
